Not too pleased with the scale this morning. I didn't lose anything. On a positive note, I didn't gain anything either. I stayed within my calorie range and exercised consistently. I think maybe I did not eat enough for the amount of exercising I did. That's a scary thought for me and I have to break through that wall. Intellectually I know that you have to keep the furnace fueled to keep your metabolism rate up, but I'm not hard wired to eat more while trying to lose weight. I am determined to win this war and will keep fighting the battle.

  Right it's not a gain.Do you do your measurements? Sometimes weight won't reflect inches moved around due to fat to muscle changes.Proud for your motivation with gym workouts. Stay strong!

    we all have these weeks, just keep trying to do a bit better...and as we all know our weight just fluctuates ...

    I am the same way. Eating more because I exercized??? I want to have that I exercized as a plus for helping getting off the weight. We`ll see what the scales say for me on Monday. have a blessed weekend. emoticon
