First week in SP, second week following the Metabolic Typing diet. And, I've gained 2 pounds.
However, I am also on day 29 of my menstrual cycle and it will either show up soon, or everything will ease off again with no period showing for another month. I'm in peri-menopause and my cycles can range anywhere from 20 days up to nearly 60 days.
On the plus side - while my weight has gone up, body fat percentages have gone down.
Even more on the plus side, over the past week I have noticed that I am calmer, I feel less jittery. I am sleeping better, and I am not feeling as fatigued during the day.
So, I will keep on what I'm doing.
