Week 1 Results: 9.6 lbs down
Day 8 Results: .6 lbs down

This is the week that a lot of experimentation goes on in adding different proteins back into the diet. I am going to try eggs, hamburger, and I haven't figured out the 3rd one. I plan on trying tomatoes and red peppers as well.

Let's see what happens!

    You are doing great! Good luck with testing new foods - remember, the number on the scale is data, not a judgement :) A gain can be upsetting but learn from it and more on!
