Week two of being back on the "wagon". I am feeling great! I haven't lost any weight so far, which is annoying to say the least, but have noticed that my strength and energy are up. It is killing me to hit my recommended calories for the day. Silly, right? The fat chick can't seem to eat enough! Which I can can be a reason that I haven't been losing. BUT I am determined to be a better me, and hopefully this time for good.
