So I have been at the same wt for over a week now. I know my eating habits have not been great, but I also haven't been working out as much as I should. I was sick with fever and body aches a couple of weeks ago and it feels like the sinus infection is lingering. I have been sleeping upright on the couch more than in bed for the past 2 weeks and I am SUPER exhausted after working out. I wish I knew how to get a handle on this sick. This is the longest I've ever had it!

    Your weight can fluctuate a lot over the weeks/months. Go for the long view rather than the short.

    Hope you feel better soon. Maybe you can make your workouts lighter but longer? I don't know what your energy level is like before the gym, but I find C4 (a pre-workout powder) helps me get through days where I feel like crap. It essentially just fills you up with nutrients and helps bring oxygen to your muscles easier from what I understand and notice.
