When I first started, I went to someone who studied exercise and she gave me a band to work with. Working with it at the beginning was hard. My muscles really strained at it. Over time I was able to increase them. Lately I have been noticing that I've been starting to feel really good doing the exercises. So I guess I'm thinking I should increase them again. This is the first time that it's done that and not sure what to do. Maybe I'll wait another couple of weeks before adding more to the workout. I'll never know till I try.
