If it wasn't for sugar I could drop the weight easy...as a matter of fact, if it wasn't for suger I wouldn't need to lose weight! Sure I eat chips and those don't help, For the most part I can take or leave fried food, I like beer (mostly ale and never light!!) and I like bourbon, but suger is my downfall. The artificial stuff can't replace the real thing and I read so many bad things about all of them with the exception of Stevia. To my taste Stevia is just plain bad...at least in coffee! Maybe there is a Stevia secret, or from different manufacturers it taste different, but so far I don't like it...which puts me back to sugar. My nemesis sugar...I read that inflammation in the body is caused (at least in part) by spikes in insulin - Sugar. I wish there was a way to stop the craving for sugar! Especially the midnight cravings!!!
