Work Dinner

Friday, March 15, 2013

Our board is in town for a quarterly meeting tomorrow and most of the staff went out to dinner with them. I was anxious about meeting new people as well as what I was going to eat. It turned out to be a Japanese restaurant with hibachi cooking. I was able to get everything without sauces, etc. I know I am over on my sodium, but I did well otherwise. I would up between two board members but I think I was able to talk enough to hold my own.

Now to make it through the actual board meeting tomorrow - I have to present the financials!

Food tracked - 7 Days
Exercise at least 10 minutes - 7 Days
Water at least 10 glasses - 7 Days
