Part of our team challenge this week is to blog about our goals we are setting for the spring.
I need to get back to the basics so here goes:
Drink my 10 glasses of water daily
Get 5 days of cardio in during this challenge
Work on core and strength training 3 days a week
Track ALL my food each week
Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep each night
Remember to stop and smell the roses
Kick those extra lbs gained this winter off!!!
These are simple but achievable goals. I feel stronger already just looking at them!
If I stick to these goals, I will have lost some lbs, lost some inches and feel great at the end of the challenge!
