Last year, I went to a Street Safety dog training class with my girl Bella and at that point, I could barely stand let alone breathe. I was very unfit, unhealthy and unsatisfied with my performance.
Next month, I will be doing a different class with my boy Bongo who is nearly 6 months old. I am very excited about it and I am hoping to be fit enough before then to really bring on the game. I want for my dog to be the best dog he can be because I love him and he can be so amazing and there are so many times that he makes me laugh. :)
I am aiming to be well enough to breathe good and keep up in the class. I don't want to be a straggler like I felt like I was last time. I will do better.
I have 2 weeks left to lose another 4-6lbs to reach my goal for this month. I know I can do it so long as I continue to move. That's been the biggest thing, moving. Trust me, if you look at my food tracker this week, I totally sucked! LOL! It was most certainly the walking and few bursts of workouts that I did nearly daily.
