Online shopping is making me crazy, and not only because there are so many gorgeous things out there to buy!
I don't have a clear vision of what I would like "my look" to look like. Obviously, comparing my wardrobe to those of others makes no sense as I don't have the same shops, lifestyle or resources as they do, but I often find myself in situations where I do not feel comfortable in the clothes I am wearing in the moment.
I feel like a lot of these happen when I am wearing blue jeans... I don't know what to do about that? Throw away my jeans? Wear more skirts? Get more casual black pants? Jeans are very comfortable, and when one is not too confident in oneself, comfort can make things easier to bear, I think. Would the ultimate solution be to lose some weight? Now it just sounds like I have a terrible body image.
I have to think about this... Its not just about the blue jeans though, its that my wardrobe is scattered and not cohesive at all. I suppose that's ok because no one person has just ONE style every day... Maybe constructing an "inspiration board" isn't such a bad idea?
Anyways, I'll be going through my clothes soon to see if anything really sticks out like a sore thumb. Maybe I'll find some clothes that were too tight 5 lbs ago and are now wearable? Here's hoping!
