I had a good day. I walked on the treadmill this morning, and then went to the gym tonight for a strength/cardio workout. I stayed on track with my nutrition plan.
I finished quilting the baby quilt, made the binding, and now I am going to sit down and hand sew it down.

2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
