been doing okay.
dizziness is still here but usually only when i bend down or put my head down or something.
i began doing c25k again this week.
finished it up.
the day i finished it, which was running for 30 minutes straight, i decided that i wanted to begin bridge to 10k so i did that right after.
which means i ran 30 minutes straight and 40 minutes in 10 minute increments.
today i weighed in at 147.
i wanted to be 145 for wedding but im not too chuffed since i was terribly ill last week and consumed a million calories a day.
thats about it.
just wanted to give a quick update.
