I love all of the support on this site, incredible!
That said, I got through the 2 worst days of my week, now it should be smooth sailing for a little while at least. Feeling very much energized after the workout I just got in, 30 minute moderate circuit training from the biggest loser game on Wii, probably should have pushed myself to challenging, but I still feel empowered. Going to sit down with the trusty ole planner tomorrow and try to come up with a well-organized and structured plan, especially since I've got my baby's 1st birthday and stepson's 4th, and husband's 32nd, all within a week, right around Easter, that's a lot of planning on my part.
Seems I've always got so much going on, I have come to despise my coworker that is constantly talking about how he needs to exercise but he just goes home and watches television instead. I wish I had free time to watch television! Lol. Yesterday, I got a couple of hours, so we walked to the park.
The Body Media has been great, but I think I let the numbers lie to me. I know I'm not getting the most out of my days because if my deficit is good, I will skip a workout. I need to configure a plan that incorporates strength certain days and cardio others. It's so difficult to attain the best balance.
