It is hard to believe I haven't blogged in over a month!

I am doing pretty well. I have been staying within my calories most days. I have tried something new, for me. I have cut down on sugars and simple carbs. I eat unsweetened cereal with fruit, plain yogurt with get the idea! I have noticed that my cravings have gone way down unless sleep deprived! I also have been choosing high protein foods. My weight has gone down a little...but my clothes are fitting better.

Working out regularly almost every day, walks every day. It is warm here today, so I cut back some ornamental grasses and did some weeding. I forgot how many muscles I use doing yard work!

    Good for you. I started using Stevia in place of sugar for the most part. emoticon

    I did the same thing~ I have cut down on sugars and simple carbs ~ It works!!

For me, it is also a relief, since I try not to eat gluten. Now, I don't have to deal w/ it as much. Yippee!

    Such a simple change helps so much! Good for you! I know how much you enjoy your sweets so I am super proud of you. So glad you are able to walk and work out regularly. Sounds like your foot isn't stopping you from doing what you enjoy! Yay!

So happy to read your blog......I have missed you since I've been out of the loop for awhile. Don't know what happens....getting on here is something I need to do everyday for myself!! I get so busy and the first thing that goes is ME.....I'm working on it though! Hope to hear from you soon!
