It is hard to believe I haven't blogged in over a month!
I am doing pretty well. I have been staying within my calories most days. I have tried something new, for me. I have cut down on sugars and simple carbs. I eat unsweetened cereal with fruit, plain yogurt with fruit...you get the idea! I have noticed that my cravings have gone way down unless sleep deprived! I also have been choosing high protein foods. My weight has gone down a little...but my clothes are fitting better.
Working out regularly almost every day, walks every day. It is warm here today, so I cut back some ornamental grasses and did some weeding. I forgot how many muscles I use doing yard work!
