I just got through reading a very interesting article on that subject. If you want a simple explanation of the various historical dates that you think you know go to the History Channel.com. They explain it very succinctly, and to the point. I love the This day in History articles they write. I haven't done much in the way of my goals the last couple of days, I'm still fighting a cold that just wipes me out. I did get in a good long walk today. It was nice out before the snow storm hit. Now we're getting alot of snow. I have gotten a lot of reading done, but not so much in the way of housework or writing. I did stay below the 2000 calorie mark the last couple of days.
My goals for Saturday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 mintues of reading
15 mintues of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or below the 2000 mark.
