Well, looking over my calendar and my daily weigh in, now I know why I didn't see a smaller number on the scale. I had 2 massive cheat meals last weekend. I weighed 218.5 on Monday and 215 today and last week was 216, so I had to loose the weight from the two cheat meals. So, I resolve not to take a cheat meal until I hit 195lb. So, if you are not seeing results, look at your diet. I need to hardcopy mine on a calendar to see the whole month, so I can adjust my plan AND see where I am messing up my own results!!
I resolve NOT to take a cheat meal until I am 195lbs. My daughters birthday is on April, 15, so I plan to be at 195 by this date! ONE cheat meal only!!
