Day #448 I think the spring time is my time

I think the spring time is really going to help me on my weight loss journey. Right now I am so self-conscious wearing anything other than a baggy hoodie with jeans, and I donít even like wearing jeans because even they make me feel fat, but I do anyway because it doesnít look as bad.

Today was my first day back in the gym in a ridiculously long time, and I feel amazing even though I didnít do a huge long workout. I did 30 minutes on the stationary bike, and 30 minutes on the stair master, and sweating felt amazing. I was thinking about doing a detox this weekend, but now that Iím getting back to working out Iím just going to focus on working out and eating healthy this week in preparation for spring break, and hopefully I will lose some weight before I head home on Friday, and hopefully being back on the farm working for all of break will help me lose even more weight, although half of the time when I go home for breaks they always want to order out. Maybe Iíll try to do some of the cooking while I am at home to make healthier meals for the family and things of that nature. I feel amazing, and to top it all off my boyfriend is going to start working out and getting healthy too, not that he is nearly as big as he thinks it is, but I think that will only help motivate me more. Iím very excited about this!

Well, this weekend should be fairly uneventful being as that I have RA duty all weekend. Therefore I have to stay on campus pretty much the entire time. My weekend is going to be focused around working out, eating healthy, homework, and duty. Hopefully it will be an amazing weekend! Keep on sparking my loves, I love you all!

    Give yourself credit... an hour worth of working out is a big thing. Especially if you haven't worked out much recently. Just keep trying to make healthy choices. Even when ordering out, some choices are better than others. If you do decide to get something that is unhealthy, at least try to have a smaller portion. If you set your mind to making it great, then your spring will probably turn out to be pretty amazing!

    Sounds like you are motivated and having your boyfriend workout with you may just what you need. My hubby works out in the morning. We do not workout together but we keep each other accountable! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
