Yesterday was quite easy to jump on the elliptical for 25 minutes- today was tough just to push myself to work out for 20 minutes on the eliptical. But instead of stopping at 10 minutes, I compromised and pushed to 20 minutes. I also didn't know how many calories two servings of biscuits and gravy contained. About 700 calories!
Well, this is only my second day. I know there will be a lot more days to come! My goal for this evening is to stay within my calorie range and maybe go on a 10-15 minute run as well as do 200 sit ups. I know I can do it!
