Week 12 - Motivation Waning and up 1/2 pound

It's almost hard to believe I have been doing this for 12 weeks now. This week has been rough for some reason. I've had a hard time getting out of bed and have skipped my morning workout twice this week.Today that means I should do a double workout to meet my goal. I'm not sure that will happen but there is always tomorrow. I've been feeling kind of crappy in the mornings, puffy eyes and sinus pain. I hope allergy season isn't starting already! I'm doing level 2 on Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 DVD and it kills me. I don't wanna do any more planks or push ups! hahaha...whine whine...
I haven't done as well in the food department either. Calories have been ok but I've splurged on junky stuff a few times. Tomorrow I will go shopping and plan out a nice and healthy menu. I also have a massage scheduled which always makes me feel better. Sunday I will go to my hot yoga class which makes me feel accomplished. Maybe I just need a nice relaxing weekend to cure me.
