My Motivation for Today.

When I was working out today I did an exercise, that I was really struggling with for the last few months. I was able to do it, and it did not even feel hard. I am definitley getting stronger. I am a stronger me.

I am a work in progress.

    this happened to me once, too.

I always had a weak back but didn't know what to do about it.
then after having done African dance for a long time, I had a ballet seminar with Marcia haydee, who started us out with some yoga exercises, including lifting our body from a stomach position. normally I got about o,3 inches off the floor, well I couldn't believe I was way up. really way up. I attribute this to the constant working of back (torso) muscles in African dance.
