averaging 7 hours of sleep a day
Getting 8 or more glasses of water in
Having daily quiet time
Sticking within my calorie range
Eating 5 or more serving of Freggies
we have started making sure there is at least 3 different colors of Freggies on our plates for 2 meals a day... That's a fun challenge to encourage to try new... This week we have tried mangos & avocados.
Getting 45 minutes of exercise (10 of which is stretching)
not quite there but close
