Week 11 ~~ No loss, No gain BUT Learning as I go on this Journey

Well, I had a crazy week,,,, first divorce hearing,,, my fence blew down,,, a lot of stress at work this week and even stress at my mediation class!

I wanted to turn to my old companion,,, "Comfort Food" emoticon and I wish that I could say that I did not,,,, but the truth of the matter is that I did,,,,, but only some of the time. By the end of the week,,, I turned to going outside and watering my lawn (it has been in the 80s and 90s & my sprinklers are broken) ..... watering at night,,, relaxed me.... so when I went back into the house,,, I did not raid the pantry emoticon I failed a few time and I was successful a few times..... and that is what it is all about for me,,,,, learning new habits that will lead me to a healthier lifestyle.

I did continue to exercise,,, 3 times a week,,, but going to try to up that so I can see better results,,,,,,,, The BIG KEY for me right now is,,,, NOT to gain any weight,,,,,, I am an infamous YO-YO girl emoticon BUT not this time,,,,,,,,,, NOT this time,,,,,,,, This time,,, I am going to continue on my journey,,,, I kept off the 4 pounds,,, now,,, more focus,,,, I am going after 2 more this week.......... Wish me luck emoticon

    Holding steady for a week or two is not the end of the world ... think of it as practice for maintenance.

    AS IF you can go out and water your if I did that it would turn into a rink!
