Here I Am Again...

Friday, March 15, 2013

Back at the same place. Trying to figure out how to focus on myself. I have six kids at home and recently moved three grandkids into our home with a possible fourth on the way in. Life is crazy and I don't know how to focus on my needs.

I've never been consistent. I struggle with fear of failing so I don't even stick with things long enough to see if they are going to work. Feeling pretty low about this battle right now.

Would appreciate your prayers and advice.

Thanks,
Missy

The Power of One (from You Are Why You Eat) is a plan to do just one thing each day to work toward your goal. Good luck.

Focus on ONE habit at a time whether it is weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, it is up to you how much time you need just to focus on just that one habit at a time. At the end of a year you will at least have 12 consistent habits. emoticon

i can't imagine what you are dealing with, I get weary with just two!

I don't have any answers, just a reminder that you have to let yourself come first when it comes to your health. You will not be of help to anyone unless you care for yourself. I would suggest schedules and chore lists for all of the people in the house that are old enough to be of some help. Talk to them about your struggles and ask for what you need. emoticon
