I don't know. I skipped 3 days of walking. Needed recovery time...just tired of the twisting in my left foot, the pain in my calves. So, OK, did a vid with Nicole and walked 50 min. so far.
Will need to load the woodbox later...that takes 30 to 50 mins. emoticon If you don't hear from me for awhile it's because I'm laying on the couch with a lily on my chest. emoticon

    LOL.. you can do it. I am about to. Lazy all day and I need to exercise. Sent hubby outside. Can't exercise with him here.

    I didn't realize myself that I hadn't walked in two days so did my dvd last night at midnight! we're supposed to go hiking with the family this weekend so hopefully I can make up for my slacking. Have a great weekend!
