I have been going in the wrong direction with my weight loss. I have gained back a total of 23lbs of the 90 that I lost. I'm so not going down this road anymore. As of tomorrow I have 4 months until my b-day. Also 4 months since a year ago I was 23lbs lighter. My goal is to get that and some extra off before my next B-day. I had a bet going with Blaize to be at 260 by 7.16.13 but that's probably a very high goal to accomplish. So I'm going to be doing 40lbs lost in 4 months! That will put me at under 300 and also back on track to losing weight and getting rid of it for good. I have been tracking what I have been eating since February 24th and will continue to do so. Also will be going to the gym and getting as much outside exercise done as well. It's time to ROCK this!
Eat Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and One Snack (record all food that goes in my mouth).
Workout 6 days a week and one rest day.
Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night.
No more SODA (even it was diet soda)
