I woke up this morning and stumbled into the kitchen. Hubby had left out a smoked beef sausage and, before I could think, I popped it into my mouth. I'd already eaten half when I had my "oh crap" moment.
Oh well, might as well eat the other half and make better choices the rest of the day.
A few hours later I'm hungry. I pull out my bowl (big bowl. I got it from a restaurant years ago that a drink was served in) and filled it with Frosted Flakes. Halfway through, I had my second "oh crap" moment of the day. *sighs* So, what do I do? Since I always have milk left over, I added more cereal to get rid of the milk. *points at self* I'm just a genius, aren't I?
What's even better is after having that not-so-delish cold cereal, I'm still freaking hungry! I know crappy sugar-filled cereals do nothing to fill you up. I was just too lazy to cook anything, and didn't want oatmeal. I just wanted something quick. I'd forgotten that this was *booming voice* DAY 2.
So, I'm sucking it up, sucking it in and moving on.
