VLCD Days 4&5 - sleep.

Holy cow, I slept for 12 hours last night!!! I have been so busy the past couple of days which I think has added to why I feel so terrible. My body continues to detox with some serious night time sweating. These past two days have been hard than the first three put together. My goal right now is to make it though the first week of all this. I keep telling myself it will get better and that this first week is the hardest (typically) since my body is getting used to no sugar. I will be healthier in the long run!
