Need to Get Back to It

I was doing so good with my eating and exercise and then my life went on overload. Trying to fit in everything was just not happening. I had no energy for exercise or work. I missed 2 days of exercise this week. I tracked only breakfast as we ate out all but one day this week.
I am going to get my choo choo back on the tracks. I am definitely taking off work tomorrow. I may actually even take Sunday. Of course, no work means taxes. I have to get them done. YUCK!
I am also hoping for a JC day tomorrow. The weather has been the biggest killer for seeing him. It has been so cold. I was going to go today, but now we are supposed to have freezing rain and snow and I have showings this evening.
I decided to get my showings done during the week this week so that I can have the weekend to myself. Keeping my fingers crossed :)
It is a new day. I am getting back on track!
