Yesterday I don't post a blog of my workout because I didn't really do much of one. I was having a kind of clumsy day so I only did one round of Hiit Body. So a 5 minute workout isn't much but it was better than none I suppose.

Today I did the latest Hiit Reps video posted by Lisa. As with most of their videos they want you to replay it and do 3 rounds. Well, unlike most of their videos, this one was about 14 minutes on it's own so replaying it for three rounds would have been a 45 minute workout instead of a 15-20 minute workout. I only did one round but I was ok with it today. That was a tough one.

The 15 minutes a day is really working out well for me. More than any other workout program I have tried. I enjoy it a lot more and I am seeing results. My boyfriend noticed yesterday which was nice. I'm getting there, slowly but surely. I admit that I am not always eating the best but I try. Last night we ordered pizza. It's not an every day thing and I can honestly say that if I didn't splurge here and there I would gorge on junk.

My March break is nearing it's end. I have had a relaxing week off. I have a lot to look forward to though once it is over. :)
