is it just me or is it normal for your monthly cycle to change when you start exercising? ever since I've started it's been strange. At first it didn't come when it was supposed to then it was intermittent. I finally have it but it's not normal it's very slow and light which to me is the opposite of what is normal. Also I have not lost any weight this entire time like for 2 days before it started and now during. I'm working my buns off.
I must be completely confusing my body or something. I mean going from doing pretty much nothing but caring for kids to working out 5 days a week or more must have stunned my system.
I have also noticed that the belly fat is not really dropping off me according to the scale but when I touch the skin around my belly it feels different, not as heavy perhaps, I'm not really sure how to explain the feeling...it is just different.
Anyway I'm gonna keep doing me and stay doing what I have been and hope that when the cycle ends things change up a bit...because right now it's a downer.
