Almost time for drill

I'm trying to limit my blog posts to once a week. I think this is more for me, so I have a chance to think about the week and gauge my struggles and successes on a weekly basis instead of the more common daily grind. It's again been a pretty busy week - and yet again, quite productive. I've dropped to 219 from 232. The weight loss has slowed down but there is still forward progress. My run time is also dropping at a steady pace - now under 10 minute miles, and while I have a bit to go, I think that the next month will allow the time to accomplish this!
