This has been a good week. Had some very long but very worthwhile days at work. Managed to track about half the week's food, and still get my writing done. I do need to set aside some time this weekend to enter recipes into the calculator because it becomes more difficult to track when we don't rely much on processed food.
As for exercising, I did an hour of Zumba today and am getting my butt up at 6am tomorrow to walk a 5K I learned about last night.
Two of my neighbors have been bragging about their weight loss and their kick butt TNT workouts all week. I was kinda miffed they did not invite me to sign up with them, as I used to bike ride with one of them and tried my best to get the other to join me 5K training last year. All of us have fallen off the wagon, so not sure why they did not think to call me when they decided to get back on it! We live in a small, tight knit community and are all friends.
When I called one of them on it, she asked me if I wanted to do a 5K with her on Saturday. Nothing like last minute afterthought invites, but I'll take it.
