I got on the scale today and saw 202.2 starring up at me. Grrrr!! I am 0.2lbs away from hitting the 10lb mark. JUST 0.2LBS!!!!!!!
Losing this 10lbs has been quite a challenge. Although I admit I haven't been very strict with my workouts. I sometimes work out...sometimes don't. But I am looking forwards not backwards. With my small goal of just 10lbs within my grasp I am feeling a bit motivated.
In other news, I started the Spark Your Way to a 5K last week. Can you say challenging?!!? I sweat like a beast with this program. Now if I can just be consistent with it and push myself.
