Finally, saw some changes on the scale :)
1.2lbs. Not a lot but I'll take it :)
Real quick ...
The Goods - I worked out everyday and burned almost 6000 calories
The Bads - Too many birthdays and celebrations last week...ended up eating more than my range a few days.
What I want to work on next week - staying within range and increasing my freggies.
