I love the FOCUS challenge this week - with spring break on my horizon this couldn't have come at a better time. I like that we have some short-term challenges because I'm feelin' the need for some serious motivation!
This is how I plan to follow through with the challenge...
F- Friends.... plan to make email contact again with a friend struggling through the final stages of cancer and visit the art museum with my husband (he counts as a friend...right?)
O- Organize ...already had on my spring break to do list cleaning out my closet and dresser drawers. If I get rid of the clothes I really don't wear anymore (and a few that are too big) my closet will probably double in size!
C- cardio...I think it's supposed to be decent weather coming up, so I'll plan to ride my bike in addition to my regular workout at least four times this week.
U- Unwind...have a new book, don't think this one will be a problem :)
S- Spread the Spark...already started this and hope to repeat at least once a day each day this week.
FOCUS Bonus ...hmmm, this was a tough one, but I think I want to spend my extra time on organization. I need to organize the studio so I can be creative and productive again; organize my office so I can get caught up on school stuff and start planning for summer; and organize at home so I can move into summer ready to party!
