Stayed within calorie range. yesterday. Today is the third day straight of tracking calories. I just have to keep up the momentum.
My coworker showed me the gym yesterday. And I was quite impressed. It has 2 Ellipticals, 1 low impact Elliptical Trainer, 2 Treadmills, 1 Ab Bench, some medicine balls, workout balls, 2 bikes, 1 or 2 Cable Machines, Dumbbells and such. It even has a locker room/showers. Has a flat screen TV and mirrored walls.
I just cant express how excited I am about having this option and its FREE. I just have to find the right time to go and when its not busy so I can get a cardio machine. Im leaning towards using the elliptical trainer (low impact one) and bike mostly until I get used to working out and can move onto other cardio machines.
I did use the low impact elliptical trainer for 5-8 mins yesterday and I worked up a sweat in that little bit of time. I even felt refreshed afterward even though it was only a little bit of time. I know every little bit counts though.
At least I have alot of variety for a workout. And my husband can even join me on the weekends. I think he is interested in using the bike since it will be low impact because he has a bad back.
Im not sure when I will go (gym) this weekend. I get out of 2nd job at 5:30pm tomorrow evening, have shower, then have dinner. Id like to come over but it might be late by that time. But I most definitely will come on Sunday, probably around lunch time or earlier. And I will use the gym on my days off from my 2nd job. Once I see my schedule for next week then I can plan my workouts.
I should be getting the ok for my hearing aid within the next week. So I am looking forward to that. It is a BTE (behind the ear) one and I picked the color closest to my hair color so it will blend in mostly.
