14/30 day p90x challenge.
Workouts this week were mentally easier then week one. The workouts are hard but a little experience goes a long way. It is time to incorporate better nutrition into the mix.
I feel as if I need to exercise now to feel good as oppose to chill out to feel good. My one rest day a week is good enough.
It is also easier to stick to the program as I travel since it is easy to throw the videos in my bag and do the workout where I go.
My rating of p90x is 8 out of 10.
