Back on "Track"

So I started really tracking my food again on Monday, after a few months of doing it inconsistantly, and I'm already down 3lbs!! On one hand I hate that I have to track everything I eat in order to take and keep this weight off... on the other hand I'm so glad that it actually works!
I've also been keeping track of my bodymedia fit to try and get in as much activitiy and steps as possible in a day. Having a desk job makes that difficult, but I do things like use the stairs and just get up and walk around the office every once in a while to help boost my numbers.
This weekend I'll be busy moving from York, PA to Baltimore, MD and I'm sure I'll have my activity in for the day during all of that hustle and bustle. I'm starting an online challenge with some friends tomorrow as well. They are a great group and I'm hoping that will keep me on task too.
Anyway, just excited about the changes I'm making and that I've been able to really think about what I've been eating and making better choices along the way.
