Thank you to anyone who read my last blog. Sorry it was so wordy. I am going to keep this one short.
So, maybe I legitimately put on 6 pounds when I weighed in last week. This week I dropped two lbs from that number! I did log that number as my weigh in this week.
@ DS9KIE - I will check out that book, thanks for the advise!
@ Success_in_2013 - 12 veggies a day! That will be easy with spring coming up and farm markets opening ... I am so excited for it. I will defintely give it a try. Do those include fruit or is it just veggies?
