This has been a super week for me! I managed to avoid some derailing cravings. I've made sound nutritional choices all week including packing my dinner last night when I knew I had to work late. The scale and the tape has rewarded me.
I've lost 2.8 lbs so far this week and lost 2 inches off my waist, 1/2 inch off my arm, 1/4 inch off my calves, .5% body fat and brought my waist to hip ratio down to .79 which is in the low risk category for heart disease. I am indeed streaking into vacation which give me all the more incentive to be careful with my nutrition while I'm on vacation! I'll blog from the airport tomorrow but then will probably not be on next week although, I am taking my Ipad so I might hop on when I check in with the office.
