I happen to be one of the individuals that weigh themselves on a daily basis. Typically i don't see a problem with it. However, this past week my scale has been ALL OVER THE PLACE. Over the weekend i lost a pound a day. Leaving me on Monday at 145. Tuesday 145.4. Wednesday 145.8. Thursday 145.2. Then today at 146. I eat roughly 1400-1500 calories a day and workout for about 40 minutes. Any idea to continue with my weight loss and not gain anymore?
