Last night I tracked my meals for today. I have my menu planned. Awesome that it tracks and give you points the next day. I think it will make me more focus on my next day of meals. I walked the treadmill for 35 minutes. I burned 330 calories. I was able to get up to incline of 12. That made me feel great. Have a great day Sprakpeople!
