results week #9

This week I had my bodymedia on all week and I tracked all week.

I even tracked my over over eating of chineese food on Tuesday. I am proud of that fact. Not that I ate so much, but that I tracked it. Normaly I would have scrapped that day. This time I faced it!

So :
I ate too much 3 days this week
I burned more than target each days
I did Moderate activity 1h02 minutes a day in average
I did vigourous activity 1minute a day in average
I did an average of 9208 steps a day
and I slept an average of 6h37 minutes

All in all it was a good week physicaly but not so good foodwise. According to the data I still managed to create an average deficit of 899 calories a day. that should give me a 1.5 pound loss. But apparently over eating the day before weight-in and having too much salt a few times during the week isn't a good thing for the weight it. So I gained a 0.4 pound.

Not to worry, I am still on track on my weight loss, I will learn from this. This week shouldn't be that good since it is the infamous week of birthdays. Mine, my eldest daughter, my youngest daughter and my mother in-law.

Enough blabber,

Starting weight 1/1/2011 : 258
weight when joining Spark weight 4/16/2011 : 231.3 lbs
lowest weight since starting all this : 225.8 lbs
Ultimate goal weight : 180

1/1/2013 weight : 263 lbs
week 1 weight : 259.6 lbs
week 5 weight : 256.4 lbs
week 6 weight : 253 lbs
week 7 weight : 250.6
week 8 weight : 248.6 (now under 250!)
week 9 weight : 249

Difference since last week : +0.4 lbs
Weight difference since started : -9 lbs
Weight difference since joined spark : +17.7 lbs
Weight difference since lowest mesured : +23.2 lbs
Weight difference since 2013/01/01 : -14 lbs

lbs to goal 70 lls

This week I will up my steps, avoid too salty meals and try stay in range at least 5 days.

Oh! I also took my measurements. I hadn't taken them since starting this year. I'll be able to see the improvement there also.

    A small gain, not an Earth shattering event :) The salt demon has gotten me a couple of times... you just know you're going to have a small loss, then a small gain shows up, arrrggghhh, water retention! LOL Just make sure to avoid the salty meals 2-3 days before weigh in and you should be good. Fortunately for you, birthday cake isn't high in sodium usually!! :)

    We might as well be honest with ourselves because the scales will truth will come out in the end. Glad you are enjoying your Bodymedia. A new toy is always inspiring. Mind you, my Fitbit is almost a year old and it still my biggest motivator. Whatever works, right!
