This week I had my bodymedia on all week and I tracked all week.
I even tracked my over over eating of chineese food on Tuesday. I am proud of that fact. Not that I ate so much, but that I tracked it. Normaly I would have scrapped that day. This time I faced it!
I ate too much 3 days this week
I burned more than target each days
I did Moderate activity 1h02 minutes a day in average
I did vigourous activity 1minute a day in average
I did an average of 9208 steps a day
and I slept an average of 6h37 minutes
All in all it was a good week physicaly but not so good foodwise. According to the data I still managed to create an average deficit of 899 calories a day. that should give me a 1.5 pound loss. But apparently over eating the day before weight-in and having too much salt a few times during the week isn't a good thing for the weight it. So I gained a 0.4 pound.
Not to worry, I am still on track on my weight loss, I will learn from this. This week shouldn't be that good since it is the infamous week of birthdays. Mine, my eldest daughter, my youngest daughter and my mother in-law.

This week I will up my steps, avoid too salty meals and try stay in range at least 5 days.
Oh! I also took my measurements. I hadn't taken them since starting this year. I'll be able to see the improvement there also.
