Finally have some time to sit down and write something here. It's really hot right now, and we've been busy with the boat that's just left. Not only that, but the island is going to a-buzz with lots and lots of local tourist, that's right our cousins that live abroad, but their hearts are with the home country!

How am I doing? I'm not doing so great, but I know why. My weight is going up and down between 145 and 143. These last three weeks have been crazy - one of our employees have been off work for three weeks overseas, and so hubby and I have been doing separate shifts at the shop during the day. I feel for him because he works early in the morning at the warehouse and then has to sit in the shop in the evenings to cover that shift.

I am keeping up with my breakfast, and water has been a good friend during these hot days, but sometimes I often reach for that really bad stuff! The best start is the morning, and then somewhere in between it goes a little crazy.

I am loving my Team Storm Challenge and all the members in it. I also love the fact that other Teams are awesome and so supportive!

Thank you guys for always being there and for supporting me, I really love the way that even though I am down or going wayward, I know that there is a way and its all thanks to you guys.

It's nuts here also. The wedding plans are going forward which I appreciate.
Tomorrow is my weigh-in. I've been stalled for a month and have no one to blame but myself. I am hoping next week to get belowe that 160 lb mark

    Glad your back Julie. You can do this, but I know how hard it can be. Small steps is what I would suggest. Best of luck!

    good to see you back. Working extra shifts does play havoc with planning healthy meals. I would suggest packing a picnic to eat when you take a break. So much food is "portable" and if it is hot you won't mind a cold meal.
Hope you get a rest at the w/e!
