Day 1 involved tons of cheating and low down feelings and I decided enough was enough !
Day 2 I had slept terribly and really did not have it in me to exercise. But I came to the realisation that I am not the worlds most healthiest person and I need to eat more fruit despite my dislike for it. So every day, for as long as possible, I am going to eat fruit for breakfast and lunch. I most likely will give up at some point because eating the same thing day in and day out can be tiresome - but I came up with my own logic. I was forced to eat vegetables as a child and now I crave them and enjoy them; so hopefully it'll be easier to incorporate fruit into my diet after this. For dinner I generally eat pretty healthy (depends how you feel about chicken skin and olive oil) - I have my protein and salad.
Day 3 I had discovered on the previous days I had input my weight wrong but decided to leave it and would just change it when I've gone bellow the weight I have put. I have lost almost a kg and now am on 62 :) I feel much more vitalised and I WILL be working out today. But instead of jumping straight into strenuous exercise in attempts to get quick results; I'm going to take it slowly.
The ball has started rolling, and positively - I'll keep at it :)
So the fruit diet lasted one whole day... lol... My "failure" ? Going grocery shopping - I craved something warm.. something tasty... Almost went a full breakfast style (eggs, mushrooms, toast - the works !) But I opted for smoked salmon and A REALLY DISGUSTING Russian. I normally like Russians, just not the one I bought today *ugh*.
Breakfast today was actually a good thing, I really lacked protein yesterday. The salmon was just so good ! Always been a fan of it (as well as a big sushi eater).
After grocery shopping I said to my boyfriend, "I can't wait to be skinny", because this time round I really am making better choices even when craving and I just keep going despite lacking motivation
