Bad Girl

Well, Confession time I've been bad tonight I went hog wild on a bag of potato chips. When it look like I'm actually loosing weight I go blow it. Double time at the gym tomorrow and maybe I can undo some damage.

I still want to lose about 3 more pounds before my trip and this doesn't help.

    I binged on chocolates yesterday, and went about 200 cals over my guidelines. Frustration lowered my resistance. Today I've been generous with the apricot almond balls, but should be within my guidelines. Actually the scales didn't make any adverse comment today, but I think they sometimes comment 2 days later! If you only have 3 lbs to lose, it's a delicate time. I know, as I've just reached my goal this month, and the struggle is worse than it was before! Stick at it!

    Hang in there. Don't forget to drink plenty of water and try eat as many veggies you can. The water and veggies will help you flush out those additive and chemical you've consumed. Don't think about your past, just move on to healthy eating and lifestyle.

    Hey, girl, I could have written your blog. My daughter made me a cherry pie yesterday because it was Pi day (3.14), and it seems like I made worse choices than the last two weeks.
Let's hang in there together. We are not all bad. We can do this!!!

    Aw, don't be so hard on yourself. Making a bad choice doesn't make you a bad girl.

Put that in the past, if there was something that triggered you learn from it, and just move forward. You can do it!!
