Loving myself!

After taking a couple of months off from here. I am back and ready to move forward. I injured my foot in August and wore a boot until January. My foot is better and I am taking it slow again. I am not weighing in at home for my own sake. I brought an elliptical and have been using it off and on the last month. My goal is to be consistent and stay on track. Blogging helps me clear my head and stay on track. So here goes.......
