Have you every had those times in your life where you just can need some to moving because your get up and go seems to have gotten up and gone?
Well that is what is happening to me right now! Here is how it happened....
Back at the begining of the month we moved, which was a great thing for my family but that meant life being flipped upside down as we pack, move, unpack, get kids in new schools, change ultilies and all of the other joys that come with moving. Therefore I stopped working out. Could not work out with stuff all packed up I orginally told myself - than time went on things got unpacked and I still did not get up and get back on track.
Next I notice since I stopped tracking my food also that I am putting more unhealthy food in my mouth making matter worse for my "whole new me" take on life.
With lots of take-out as we put the kitchen together the bad (even if it taste good) food keeps coming in high calories fatten food.
I see this going down hill, I have my work-out stuff unpacked and time to log calories now but I am still not getting up to do it.... so I need some type of kick start!!!!
So here I am blogging on SparkPeople - trying to help find my "Kick Start" because .....
