Well, I got up late again and only was able to do 30 min instead of my usual 50 min on the treadmill. So, I ended up doing different types of exercise throughout the day. Mid-morning I did a SP low impact cardio, early afternoon, a foam roller/stretching routine, then this evening I went to the gym and did a make-up session with my trainer.

This afternoon, I did cave in and ate a graham cracker nutella "sandwich". Now the Nutella is ALL gone and I don't have to worry about it tempting me anymore.

Daily Goals:
1) Blog -- emoticon
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes. emoticon 130 min
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day emoticon 6 servings
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will... emoticon

I hope to get back to a full hour of exercise but my knees are giving me problems right now. I can manage 30 minutes a day though.

I guess my thing is did the nutella take you over your calorie limit for the day? If it did not, then there is nothing wrong with having it. You can't totally deprive yourself of special treats. Just work them into your plan.

Remember, the daily Max for the Challenge is only 120 points to be posted.

I'm glad the nutella is gone in my house too. If it's not this, I seem to manage to fine something else when these fleeting moments hit me, Sometime, fixing a bowl of oatmeal (my go-to food, with fresh fruit) just doesn't cut it all the time. I think our bodies are trying to tell us we should not deny outselves and need to learn how to enjoy a variety of foods in moderation. Oh well, you continue to do well with your teammates as you gather your fitness miles to our exotic locations. Enjoy a little tea today at 4 pm (high tea time) before we leave the UK for our next great trip. Cheers!

I love Nutella so I only have it in the house when my eldest DS is home from college. You accomplished a lot even with a late start.

I fondly look at the jar of Nutella in the grocery store but know it and I cannot have a healthy relationship :-) so it doesn't come home with me :-)

This has been a tough week for getting up on time - it's so nice and dark that it's easy to sleep and sleep and sleep. I feel like I hit the ground running every morning. One of these days I'll get used to it. Glad your Nutella is history!

Nutella is so tempting! I had three jars of it - sent it home with a friend's kids.

Sounds like you more than made up for the shortened workout yesterday morning. I never did - days like that really throw me off kilter. I have to admit, you sound a bit like me when you say "i ate the last of it, now it's not there to tempt me!" I said the same thing about the chocolates the other day!!! emoticon emoticon

With all the exercise you did I bet your little treat won't even make a difference. You're doing great!

LOL - I hear you on the nutella. Although that's not my personal downfall I'm always glad when those temptations are out of the house! Good for you.

I had a small bowl of ice cream and sent the rest home with dd. It has been here since the end of Feb when we celebrated hubby's birthday and has not been touch. First treat I have had all week. Huge difference then my usual pattern when hubby is gone!
