Well, I got up late again and only was able to do 30 min instead of my usual 50 min on the treadmill. So, I ended up doing different types of exercise throughout the day. Mid-morning I did a SP low impact cardio, early afternoon, a foam roller/stretching routine, then this evening I went to the gym and did a make-up session with my trainer.
This afternoon, I did cave in and ate a graham cracker nutella "sandwich". Now the Nutella is ALL gone and I don't have to worry about it tempting me anymore.
